You'll know immediately that Sunrie Retreat is your perfect vacation rental destination. Beautiful lake view, family oriented 2 story home and a dock that will entertain any swimmer, boater and fisherman.
Uopn arriving at Sunrise Retreat, you won't worry about parking as there is plenty of space for up to 6 vehicles and a boat trailer. And you can drive down to the lower level car port and unload all your luggage, groceries and water toys and have no step access to the downstairs living room and kitchen.
Upstairs and directly off the front door entry is the upstairs family room (perfect spot for the kiddos to hang out - fireplace, Smart TV, games and three sofa sleepers. The family room also has access to a nice sized deck that overlooks the Lake. This is where you will certainly enjoy your morning sunrises. Off to the left of the entry are two bedrooms - both with queen beds and smart TVs. The two bedrooms share access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a walk in shower. Next to the Family Room is the Master Suite - king size bed, Smart TV and views that overlook the Lake. Private access to the master bath with a beautiful walk in shower. Everyone can pass through the Master to get to the 4 season's room with it's high top firepit table and wall mounted Smart TV. And yes, everyone will enjoy the overrsized hot tub - use it 24/7 - rain or shine!
Downstairs is the entertaining space. The Living room boasts a lot of space to relax - three sleeper sofas (Queen, full, twin), large Smart TV, and native rock fireplace. The dining area will entertain 6 and includes additional seating for 4 at the card table, and 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Check out the new and bright kitchen - plenty of room for several cooks and family who just wants to hang out. And you have all kinds of room for all your groceries. Down the central hallway is a full bath with a walk in showner. The downstairs 4th bedroom is set up with a twin over full bunkbed and tthis bedroom closet houses the home's washer and dryer.
The outside of this home is the perfect entertaining spot. The covered patio usually catches a gentle lake breeze and is the perfect spot to sit and relax - 2 bistro sets seat 4 and an outside dining patio table seats 6. The gas BBQ grill is located on the oversized cement pad (our outdoor kitchen) - next to the covered carport - even includes a picnic table. This is perfect for prepping your favorite grilling recipe and just relaxing with friends and family.
The dock is within easy walking distance from the covered patio and is set up perfectly for your family's fun. There is one jet ski lift available for your usage. Everone will love the large sun deck and wet steps for easy swimming access. There is a dining table on the dock as well with seating for 6. And the fishing folks will certainly enjoy the dock's cleaning station. There is one open slip that rents for $10 per day. On the other side of the dock is another seating area - bench and swing - and another set of wet steps for swimming between to dock and shoreline.
