These wonderful private property homes and one condo reside in the same subdivision (Pistol Point) making them ideal for large group gatherings. We catered to business functions, retreats, large family gatherings and small wedding parties. These properties work together well to comfortably accommodate up to 61 guests! We even have a state of the art business meeting room that also serves as a gathering spot for functions, friends and family. This meeting room is also well suited for a rehearsal dinner or reception area for up to 32 guests.

This wonderful condo complex sits on the quieter water of the Niangua and is super close to Old Kinderhook Golf Course, Bridal Cave and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. What a perfect lake get-a-way location with access to two community pools.

These fantastic private property homes reside in the very desirable Village of Gentle Slopes community which is ideal for any large family or group gathering. According to the owners and validated by many vacationing guests this is "a breathtaking lake oasis that naturally creates life long lasting memories, located right in the heart of the best lake getaway spot in the country". Housing larger groups in these communities allows us to cater to business functions, retreats and even destination weddings. The properties in this subdivision will sleep up to 44 guests with the 4 properties listed in our rental program. The Gentle Slopes community has great water access, a swim dock, and paved sidewalks.

This mature and beautifully manicured complex is located on the very desirable Horseshoe Bend area. We are lucky enough to have two condos in this complex and both are very close to the parking lot - very few steps to the front door. These units are located in separate buildings but are still ideal for larger group gatherings wanting to be close to each other. Together these two condos will comfortable sleep up to 16 guests.

This is a fantastic condo complex on the busy side of the lake that is close to everything. We have two units on the same floor on this complex making them ideal for larger groups or families. They are within walking distance to a local pub and within 5 minutes of the Lake of the Ozarks State Park and Osage Premium Outlet Mall. These two units will sleep up to 13 guests. How perfect!

This smaller condo complex was one of the first complexes built at the Lake. Very quiet cove locations with one pool, tennis court, manicured property, easy access to the water for swimming and even includes a swim up sun and diving platform in the cove. This complex us located in the very desirable Horseshoe Bend area of the Lake and is very close to all attractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach.

The Millstone Condo Complex is one of only two complexes located on the northwest side of the Lake - which the locals refer to as the "quiet side" of the Lake. The developing complex currently has 4 buildings and 1 community salt water pool. Come and enjoy life on the "quiet side".

The Palisades Condo Complex is a mature development with 4 pools, a beach and club house and covered pavilion. Palisades is in one of the most desirable ares of the Lake on Horseshoe Bend and overlooks the Main Channel. You're very close to several restaurants and all the attractions in Bagnell Dam and Osage Beach.
