Description
This family oriented private home sits on a private point (7-mile marker) overlooking the main channel and Gravois Arm and is the guesthouse to the Crownview Villa. The home is two stories, with three bedrooms, and two baths.
The main floor consists of a living room with a flat screen TV and sofa sleeper (full size), dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms (1 queen and 1 twin trundle), full bath with shower, concrete front porch with a swing, and wooden deck with outdoor furniture. The lower level contains two beds (queen and full), futon (full), TV and game table, full bath with shower, and laundry room.
Guests enjoy a private deck that is directly off the Living Room, with its large patio furniture set and gas grill. An additional lakefront rock patio and fire pit is shared by both the Casablanca and Crownview guests. This area is fantastic for watching the passing boat traffic and enjoying the afternoon shade. The property also has a private covered swim dock with ladder, sun deck and patio furniture. The water level is very deep off the dock and fishing is ideal anywhere along the shoreline.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a range, microwave, dish washer and refrigerator. The private home includes all bedding, bath towels, dish towels and iron. Other features include weekly trash pick-up, open parking, and laundry room facilities. The private dock does not include a boat slip but one can be rented at Millsttone Harbour and rates vary based on size and availability.
This special property offers guest spectacular views of the lake, excellent fishing, and fantastic Ozark’s morning sunrises for early risers. This "quiet side" retreat is 25-30 minutes away from all the action on the other side of the Lake - Bagnell Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach - via the community bridge.
Properties are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Guests should bring replacements for these starter packet items, your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

Very nice property. Well kept and well stocked. Providing wood for the fire pit was a very nice touch. The location provided a nice venue for our family reunion, with photo opportunities down on the point with the lake as the perfect backdrop.
Early risers were treated to beautiful sunrises for an exciting day at the Ozarks.

This property was a great fit for multiple families getting together for a reunion. One sibling rented the larger house and a second family rented this cabin. The 2 properties complimented each other and allowed the larger group to gather and enjoy the beautiful grounds along the lake. We had great sunrise views and could sit at the fire pit and watch all the boats go by. We enjoyed freshed grilled steaks on our deck and appreciated all of the extra amenities that the property owner had supplied. We felt that this was the best stocked VRBO property we have rented. They had paper towels, dishwasher soap and soft soap for both bathrooms. We experienced no problems and would recommend this properties to others.

Very nice place. Location was beautiful on a point of the lake. Did not hang out on the dock though due to how busy the lake was and the amount of wakes created from the boats and being on the point of the lake making the dock like a surfboard during the day. The grassy area made for a perfect sitting area to hang out. Phone call to Sherry for questions was very professional as well and helped explain the checkout process for cleaning/laundry among other things.

We stayed for two months in the Casablanca house and can't say enough good things about the property. It is exactly as described on the site, actually better. It was spotlessly clean and super comfortable. Another reviewer complained about the beds. We found them to be great. The kitchen had plenty of cookware, bakeware, utensils, and spices for us to prepare our own meals. The grill on the deck was awesome. There are two showers. The one on the main floor is a bit small, so my husband used the one downstairs and was just fine. But it's the property that makes this a very, very special place. The views are AMAZING, especially sunrises! The lawn is immaculate and Sherry ensures it is maintained to the highest of standards. Our dogs loved racing around and sniffing everything. (Please pick up your dog poo to be good guests.) There are neighborhood dogs that come by to visit, Sage and Oliver. If you give Sage treats, she will come by everyday. :) The town of Laurie is super cute with very nice people. The grocery store had everything we needed. We even joined a gym, Warrior Fitness, for the two months we were there. Great restaurants everywhere. And checkout the TNT bar/restaurant on the way to the property. The food is good, the people are fun, and there's darts, shuffleboard, billiards, music and sports to keep you entertained. Do not trust your GPS to find the property. It sent us and our daughter the wrong way. Follow Sherry's instructions (turn on O road and go to the end.) Sherry was wonderful in answering all of our questions and very quickly addressing two minor issues that came up. This was our first time in the Ozarks and we are looking forward to returning next fall!

This is a charming property with a sweeping, unobstructed view of the lake from the deck. We enjoyed eating dinner outside on the deck, and the lovely grounds are very well-maintained. The house itself was clean and well-appointed, and exceeded our expectations. The private swim dock in particular was a treat that our kids loved. And we were literally just around the "corner" from Lake Time Boat Rentals, dockside restaurant, which was fantastic. The perfect place to get away from it all!

We absolutely loved this property! Its located on the quieter side of the lake and sits on a breathtaking peninsula. The sunrises and moon and stars are to die for! The views are just perfection. And, if youre lucky, youll be visited by 2 local sweet dogs, Sage & Oliver They (and this home) were hard to say goodbye to. Well be back for sure!

The Casablanca was wonderful. Very clean. We went for a relaxing getaway. And that's exactly what we were able to do. We even discussed having our families come back and rent both properties. The Grandview is next door. And is also beautiful from what we could see. Sherry was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had. Will definitely be back. Bonus, the dogs could come with us. And they loved it just as much.
