Jim started the Vineyards and Winery in 1994 as a second career after retiring as an Electrical Engineer with the United States Army. Olga's roots in the Russian "Napa"(Crimea) bring a European perspective to our wine styles. The Winery offers a selection of both red and white wines from dry to sweet. In addition to our grape wines, we also produce Peach and Persimmon wine made from locally grown fruit.
